MHFA Refresher Reviews

A really useful refresher course that raised some things I had forgotten, which a good refresher should do. Found the trainer very helpful and engaging with everyone. Made a real effort to get everyone on the course involved.

I did not receive any joining link even after chasing. I had to call Greencross in the end few mins to the course starting and a lady called Jackie helped me get in by emailing me the link. she was very helpful. unfortunately I also did not have the manual the trainer was referring to so could not get the most out of the course.

Excellent instructor and made better by being carried out virtually without the added stress of getting to and coming away from a venue.

I got a lot from it. It was good all participants were from Balfour's and the instructor was great.

This was a really useful refresher, and the trainer provided good information and the opportunity for us to bring experiences that he was then able to comment on. Very useful Thanks

Well structured refresher which engaged with all personnel who attended

Not an easy subject to deliver on-line but trainer done a great job, I have been to many sessions over the years however I feel if someone brand new to moving and handling this session would be very difficult to put into practice.
