I think some of the materials on broken bones etc was a bit unnecessary, more could have been talked about medication instead

Very clear and helpful with questions we had.

I think the moving and assisting training is better to do in person because its more of a practical task and isn't something you can learn properly on a zoom call. But the trainer was good and learnt me a lot for my job role, but i understand why its on zoom because of the current circumstances we are under at the moment.

Patrizia explained everything clearly and in detail. Through the video presentations she made sure to pause and further explain each element so it was clear for everyone. She consistently asked us to indicate whether we understood what was being said and encourages us to ask questions.

The pace of the training was quite slow and I didn't feel like she was adequately knowledgeable to train the medication side of the course as she was unable to answer many common questions on cpr and dislodging severe obstructions in the airways, especially to do with people with medical conditions like cerebral palsy or osteoporosis.Response : Hi Joshua. Thank you for your feedback, I appreciate your comments. Can I clarify with you were you dissatisfied with the medication part of the course or the basic life support? My aim is to improve the quality of training courses that we offer and I want to try to understand how to improve the content. Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback.

An online zoom course doesn't really replace an in-person manual handling course. The trainer did their best, but it's just not the same as being shown in-person.Response : Thank you for your feedback Jamie, I agree the zoom session are not the same as face to face training. The situation currently means we are safer to do zoom sessions in preference to face to face to prevent the spread of infection. Hopefully we can return to regular sessions very soon.
