Patrizia was great and interactive in her teaching off the information needed in the access to care course. Incorporation of PowerPoint slides and videos kept it active. Would highly recommend more courses with her. Thoroughly enjoyed.

In the absence of practical, face to face delivery, the course delivered a basic understanding for those new to care but no replacement for practical. Patrizia was bubbly and engaging and delivered the course really well.

Patrizia is a very impressive trainer - immensely knowledgeable, lively and animated. Passionate and enthusiastic about social care and the topics she was covering. Patrizia is highly articulate, confident un-self-conscious and talks confidently & freely without a script bringing a great sense of humour with her, whilst always being highly professional.
