Overall the course was explained well with participation from group with question and answers. Would have been good to have the training in physical environment but also transferred well online.

I found the course to be very informative

Only thing is that I would really have liked face to face for moving and handing and first aid but this can't be helped due to climate. Patriza was great !

Nice and interesting

This training was excellent considering all the material had to be delivered online. Patrizia is very good at employing various means to keep participants engaged - not just sitting in front of a series of slides - very participatory.

Patrizia was a great trainer, she made the course very engaging and always had examples ready when talking about things which i feel like makes it easier to understand. She was always patient with questions and queries people had.
