Katy was amazing today, she was really sensitive with the subject we were discussing but also made sure it was lighthearted at some parts which kept everyone at ease. She delivered it all beautifully so it was understood.

This training was really valuable and thought provoking. It made me realise that talking and asking questions is so important when supporting an individual who's behaviour has changed, and recognising these changes in their behaviour. It also made me realise that I don't have any answers, but that questioning and listening to an individual is so important at this time.
