Really good and informative course.

A difficult subject that was delivered professionally and with confidence. Tutor advised self-care at the end of the session.

I am really happy that I attended and completed this Suicide First Aid course. Suicide is a heavy topic and I was able to sit through all of it because I felt supported by Lisa Van Os and everyone attending.
