The material provided before the course was very helpful and really thought provoking I enjoyed being able to express and learn about the different aspects of mental health and suicide.

really good training session which opened my eyes to various themes around the topic of suicide. The trainer was great!

Barrie was able to take the topic of suicide, a topic that I felt I was ill equipped to handle, and made it so easy to understand and apply to difficult situations we might be faced with. Barrie was very passionate about the topic and helped to break some of the stigma's associated with suicide. Excellent take-aways from the course that I know have made me feel more confident, delivered in an engaging way by a fantastic trainer.

Better understanding

I think the one down side this course was doing it online via zoom

Our organisation probably needs something more hardcore but this was great for the general public.

Enough information given without overwhelming us. I feel I have some strong resources and tools I can utilise should I need to .
