Brilliant. Ran smoothly and at a good pace. I felt like the course is for anyone, the language used was appropriate for all levels/staff. Easy to relate to work and can imagine scenarios to help understand the theory.

Great course, highly recommend on a personal and work based level

I enjoyed the session. Time was given to share experiences throughout. I would suggest, as it was a workplace offered course, more practical advice on boundaries and workplace guidance but I understand that it was a generic course. Managers/colleagues don’t always know what to do when it’s work, they view things differently.
