An excellent and concise training session which clearly explains suicide and how to practically identify and support someone with suicidal thoughts.

Overall this was a very hard subject to be able to teach and support learning through. I found the content to be highly relevant for people in crisis but I also think that what made this course enjoyable was the tutors skilled delivery and engagement with the group.

This was an invaluable course and something which will enable me to support the wider Pastoral team at the school in which I work.

i was surprised with the amount of knowledge and skills i learned with in 3.5 hours. It is a course that i think everyone should do and even provided to teenagers as part of their school year.

This was a great course that was detailed enough to be skilful without being too heavy on information and statistics. The tutor was obviously knowledgeable, was well prepared, had answers for every question but also encouraged us to discuss our own opinions and took on board our personal experiences. I have completed longer MHFA, Assist etc previously, but felt more confident leaving this course than them. I actually had to use the skills that night at a session I was myself hosting and was able to confidently handle the situation as a result.
