hard work but enjoyable

Whilst I found the course material helpful and interesting, I, unfortunately, found the way it was taught extremely lacklustre. Instead of looking forward to an interesting subject, I found myself dragging my feet towards my computer every Tuesday morning.

I found that Luke was able to recognise his audience with a balance of professionalism and humour. His knowledge and wisdom was exceptional and spot on. The content and resources were exceptional.

I find virtual courses / learning very challenging and not ideal for my learning techniques, but Luke is very engaging and supportive. And made the course as good as it could be for me personally.

The knowledge, understanding and teaching style of Chris Lee played a big factor in my learning. He was very engaging and made the course enjoyable. Highly recommend Chris as an Instructor.

A very interesting and well delivered course. I think a few mock questions to be answered as a group could have better prepared us for the NG1 paper. This is a small detail, but something that could be fed back. Chris is an excellent teacher. Supportive patient and is willing to give his time to support the whole class.

More emphasis should be placed on practising the exam questions at the end of each lesson. And perhaps should be submitted each week. With the risk assessment process. A risk assessment should be completed for each hazard and checked each week rather than just read through the text book.
