very good informative course really enjoyed lukes presentations and the way he delivered
Luke was engaging, funny and approachable. He encouraged us to get involved with our experiences and this allowed us to learn how to apply the things we were learning.
So glad I did the course and met the guys I did my course with. I have more confidence to ‘correct’ my work place and help opinions of others.

Really well run course with an excellent course tutor in Luke, he was really engaging with a vast range of experience. Only downside is I would have preferred classroom based training as opposed to online, to have that better interaction with the other learners. Otherwise brilliant course and trainer

The course was on the whole very informative and enjoyable. Plenty of opportunity for interaction. The only downsides: 1.The lack of a 'classroom' and face to face teaching, acknowledging the Covid 19 situation has created this problem. As good as virtual courses can be, there is no substitute for the opportunity to attend face to face . 2. Microsoft Teams- not always a reliable platform at times and not very user friendly. At the time of writing this, NG2 course delivery is complete but I am still working on the RA. I would not say the experience is completed until that is done.
