Overall I would have liked a bit more on how to manage how to overcome barriers such as tech issues. What if the team is mixed - some working from home, some are working from the office. How can we ensure that those that work from home are not disadvantaged or the staff that are in the office do not feel they are disadvantaged. Definitely include something in on how to manage the return to work. More on childcare juggle and how this can be managed.
