A fantastic course. Just what I was looking for. Rose was very engaging, knowledgable and evidently has great experience in what was being taught.

The course was beneficial, some of the elements would be easier to implement on large scale projects and others like SWOT analysis translate to other smaller short term workplace projects.

It was a very good course and has provided me with plenty of food for thought and learning tools.

Thank you for an enjoyable and informative training course. Picked up lots of useful methodologies and tips that will no doubt be useful for forthcoming projects. It was a little tricky to view the flip chart and to follow the pages of content (there is a lot in the pack) but other than that great.

Ian Crossley was a really excellent teacher, he facilitated with real expertise and illustrated points with well-chosen analogies. Made it much more interesting to hear his own experiences of applying the course content in his career, among other entertaining examples he used. The timing of the delivery of course material was managed very well, we covered all the material briskly, but with plenty of opportunities to do all the exercises and have proper discussions, and the content never felt 'dry'. Very engaging and valuable advice, techniques & methodologies taught. Enjoyed doing having the 2-day course delivered as 4-half-day sessions, that allowed time for thought and real-life application of project management techniques between classes.
