the course was interesting and the instructor Jam was very good and knowledgeable kept everyone involved and helped give us a better understanding when needed.
Trainer very knowledgeable guy well delivered course.
Wasn't looking forward to the training if I am honest, however the tutor was very engaging and kept it very interesting and I found myself enjoying the training. I had heard from others that had attended a similar course (somewhere else) say it was boring etc. Clearly they didn't have the same trainer. our trainer was so engaging and full of life really refreshing I have been on loads of training and there aren't many trainers with the same upbeat attitude.
Very good course. Great Trainer, who was very knowledgeable and informative with great experience.
Good interaction with the trainer The course literature was easy to understand
I thought that the trainer was excellent, with a very engaging personality. I certainly enjoyed the course a lot more than I expected, prior to attending.
Really enjoyed. Learned a lot in a short space of time
I look forward to when we can have buffets again:) Aside of that it would be great to have an environmental course that led to IEMA membership. I'll leave that one with Gareth then! Yet again a first class experience. Thanks all. Ian
Overall very good. Could do with up to date non conformance reports as we had to manually add date, autitor, ncr level, etc. Boxes
