Mike Payne the trainer, was very informative on all aspects. And with brining in his personal experiences also aided with explaining in more detail with regards to first aid

The tutor, Becky Pitt, was great and her use of personal examples to illustrate first-aid scenarios was very effective! Her experiences as a Community Responder make her a natural.

David was an excellent trainer and educated in a clear concise but interesting way that allowed all students to learn the rudimentary points required. David was inclusive in his commentary and getting everyone to join in.
