David is an excellent course trainer; clearly experienced and enthusiastic about the topic. The training itself is limited because it is teaching practical skills virtually, therefore learning is limited, however I feel more confident in my abilities having seen newer skills, while maintaining skills from previous face-to-face teaching

Very good delivery from David Franckton.

David was very flexible and gave plenty of time for questions and to relate the training to our practice/experience. Was a good refresher for manual handling and also showed some different techniques and equipment that may be useful to our staff and patients

Interactive with plenty of breaks to allow moving and stretching considering this is a long day sat at the computer. I understand this is a means to an end due to the restrictions and training is soon be be face to face. Could I suggest online theory every other year and practical training every other year to alternate. Face to face training to demonstrate competence would not need to take as long. NHFT moving and handling training operates in this way which is very effective.

Well delivered and great update on all equipment . Would prefer one to one where possible in the future

More on community specific moving & handling needs. Covers hospice more than actual patients home environment

I found this refresher course was very well done, it was very informative and related well to job role, only thing missing was practical side of course, trainer David was great.
