Brilliant online training, delivered with eveyones job roles included, nice to learn about new things that are coming ie risk assessmet forms. saw new equipment being used and hopefully will be able to use very soon. David was great with time and comfort breaks and made sure to talk to people indivdually. Great day thank you.

Enjoyed the course, although a practical assessment is probably necessary.

I found the course very informative and helpful considering it was virtual delivery. David was a very great facilitator and his knowledge and experience were evident. One consideration for further training would be to include more information for lone workers.

More lone worker focused guidance and information, and bed / assist techniques , also more palliative care focused tips and techniques as this course is care home or nursing home focused, the trainer was very good and was easy to talk to.

Course would be better it was delivered practically, as it will give those learning the oppourtunity to use the equipment.

The trainer was great and delivered the course very well, however the practical aspects of the course really aren't suited to online delivery needs to be a face to face course, tailored to the equipment and environment that you work in
