Sarah was great. Very easy to talk to and got us engaged and participating so it felt like a discussion rather than just being talked at. Very empathetic to my situation and didn’t make me feel silly for not being more assertive or handling something better.

I really enjoyed the course, it was much more interactive than I expected and so much better than other webinars I have attended recently which do not require participation. Because of the interaction and the skills of the trainer I was fully engaged and got a lot out of the course. Thank you!

I thought the course was really helpful in terms of the techniques taught. The trainer was also really engaging and involved everyone so you didn't feel like anything was lost from the training experience by it being online.
