clear delivery, good pace. useful overview of the basic functions in excel
basics will see usefulness when course complete
very useful, i know I will be using the count if formula a lot now. I did not know it existed before!
Overall I found the delivery in Parts 1 and 2 of the Basic Excel course to be good. There was a lot of content to absorb. I found it difficult to understand COUNTIF and SUMIF functions at the end of part 2. Would be preferable in my opinion to deliver maybe a 1.5hr session, where participants would be given material to work on during the session. I feel this would make for a better understanding of certain topics being delivered during the session.
I hope this Basic Excel course Part 1 will give me a better understanding of the basics of Excel.

Overall a great introduction to some of the excel functions that I have never used, thanks to Louise and you went above and beyond to help us all virtually.
Use of Lookup and Match is a very complex concept, not sure where I could apply this..... maybe in projected budgets
I’m beginning to feel a little out of my dept. Louise moves very quickly through the content. When I try to repeat it later I have forgotten how to do a lot of the tasks and have no reference material for reference. I would like some exercises to do also to reinforce the learning
