Very well organised presenter, good pace of delivery.

Excellent course that was facilitated really well by Damien. He kept everyone engaged and shared his abudence of knowledge on the topic.

At times the course content was very heavy on jargon that is not always easy to follow. It was as a result difficult to relate it to our business at each step. The best parts of the course were the Q&A sessions and conversations that resulted. Dave was very generous with his time and that was appreciated.

Great starting point to working out a more efficient way to manage our workloads.

Excellent Delivery

Really enjoyed the course. Found it very useful and engaging.

The content was great as was the trainer, however, it was a lot to fit into the time given especially when doing online. I think breaking it into smaller 2 day courses e.g. PM/Agile, Agile/SCRUM, Agile/Kanban etc. would be goodI would suggest incorporating tools such as Mural or Miro to help with interactivity.

I found Mike Lane to be a great facilitator. Course had an adequate balance of theory and practical application. Great delivery and content overall and would highly recommend
