Resilience and Self Regulation reviews

Really interesting to reflect on own practices and think about what I already do well and what I can do better. Presenter was engaging, informative and had a good grasp of when he was starting to loose people and refocused with appropriately timed talks to partners

Very engaging and useful content that can be applied practically.

Very enjoyable and useful.

Really useful research and things to consider when teaching Some good laughter to break up the quiet

Very engaging and use of research to back the content of the CPD was fantastic. Lots to take back into my practice.

Excellent insight it to the ‘why’ of teaching and learning and having a better understanding of what works and doesn’t work.

Really interesting

Could have been more relevant to teaching resilience within an educational setting.
