Orla is an excellent trainer who engaged everyone in the room, explained each concept clearly, and was present and responsive to any questions that arose. It was an engaging and interesting course - and I enjoyed the summaries of the different theories and practices. Also, the balance between presentation, group work and short videos was ideal.
Typos and formatting issues in the workbook made presentation of the course difficult at times. A lot of content in the course, but limited time. The overall scope might be too large for a one day workshop.
