Fantastic Trainer, very engaging, friendly, well spoken and knowledgeable. Made the course a pleasure, a real asset to up to speed training. Venue is good, toilets are ok. Parking isn’t great but can’t be helped.

Richard is very professional, helpful, and a really easy to speak to guy. He made it easy to ask questions too and believe he goes above and beyond to help.

Trainer was very informative and helpful when explaining different scenarios. Course very well managed and structured.
