Fantastic Trainer, very engaging, friendly, well spoken and knowledgeable. Made the course a pleasure, a real asset to up to speed training. Venue is good, toilets are ok. Parking isn’t great but can’t be helped.
Richard is very professional, helpful, and a really easy to speak to guy. He made it easy to ask questions too and believe he goes above and beyond to help.
