Handling Difficult Situations / People Reviews

Personally , I didn't find the course very useful. I was looking for suggestions/advice on how to deal with difficult conversations with egs. of different scenarios. I felt, we spent more time talking to other attendees in introduction.The slides shown didn't tell me anymore than the basics of any communication skill which we all knew already.

I had done the course previously so understood quite a lot of the content. The trainer delivered it very well, made it very interactive and enjoyable. A good refresher Thank you
