NHSS 12AB IPV (Impact Protection Vehicle) Driver Training Course & Refresher Reviews

For refreshers it could be trialed to take the course test at the start, if you pass then you dont have to do the learning part, if you fail you take the learning part then re sit the test and the end ( for the same ammount of money obviously )
