An excellent course, with only one negative. I thought that the additional materials confused the use of the Red book when it came to the final exam. It sounds bizarre, but there was too much information which is only intended to help!
Alan was very competent and helpful, I feel like I have a good understanding of the module now.
Excellent trainer - very friendly and very knowledgeable within the field
I didnt feel that 60minutes was enough time to carry out the test. I also felt it was a bit too much information crammed in to a short period of time.
Great course. Well taught Use of pronouns may be considered.
