Brilliant course given by Dean, plenty of opportunities to ask questions and made sure all understood before moving on.

Alan was great, very thorough and was only too happy to go back over points.

Some of the slides were not easy to read, especially those with graphics where text had been squashed into small areas

Trainer and hand out Materials were great. Lantra Power point is using old out dated images from years ago. Suggestion would be to start using up to date images in line with new industry standards.
