Having completed the first 2 days which didn’t disappoint the next 2 I would say were even better, learning so much from this and I will be using a lot of things I have learnt in the field

Exceptional course and content. Our trainer Claire was superb, very clear and delivered all aspects of the course with high levels of enthusiasm. I would recommend and leader within an organisation to attend this course, it relates so much to our day to day roles. I have learnt a great deal and will implement so much from the course content on return to the workplace.

The course was really good, Claire managed to make what is normally a boring thing (being in a classroom for 4 days) really engaging, interesting and funny.
