The course was on point and practical, demystifying the fears of delegation in management, and providing us with practical guides to managing people, and approaches to coaching our team to be at their best, bringing out their full potential at work.

The training session was really good and I learned some good new skills/pointers from it. Definitely recommended for anyone in that type or role or heading towards. The trainer was also really good. Good use of questions to get you thinking. Delivered in an easy to absorb and enjoyable manner. Really relaxed training style which I find the best kind.
