The course covered a lot of ground in two days. There were both AFA and R03 students taking it, and material from both books was covered with lots of examples.
Great course, content and presenter for the two days. Dave always finds a way to stick specific terms / dates / percentages and amounts into your head by repeating phrases, which is extremely helpful. A lot of participation and personality.
The course was very informative and interesting - kept relevant by Dave, who also gave us a lot of tips on how to remember specific things. It really helped me to understand the content properly and also to solidify knowledge that I already knew. There was a lot of interactivity and personally extremely helpful.

I found the course really useful. I originally studied CeMAP 1 with Simply Academy back in 2020 when I was just starting my journey into financial advice. Since then, I've managed to study independently and complete other qualifications myself, so I hadn't returned for any further courses. However, I was finding DipFA Investment more challenging to self-study, so I decided to give the course a go—and I'm really glad I did. David has a great way of making complex topics easy to understand and, more importantly, memorable. His teaching style is engaging, interactive and full of useful techniques for remembering key information, which made a real difference. I'd definitely recommend the course to anyone studying for DipFA.

The trainer is energetic, helpful and has made the workshop a much more pleasant and fun way to learn. However, I don't think the course content or the study text in close match with RO2 exam, that's a pity.
