Great application to practice. Real life feedback - i used the de-escalation skill with a teenager about favorite take away in front of police whom had an established relationship... they learnt from me - and i credited Kirsty at the time. It worked and the young man requested orange juice at his trigger - it worked!!! Thank you for a life skill !!

Kirstie was amazing her passion for her past and current careers as well as care for patients shines through. It was the most interesting course I've been on and feel I've really be given the confidence and knowledge to take this into my work place. Thank you for all the effort you put in to teaching us.

Course was absolutely brilliant, very informative and relative to the situations that can occur on the ward setting. Kirstie was a great trainer, couldn’t fault her, was. I would say the training is really helpful as we can have difficult individuals on the ward and this would be a good course to train others as other wards get difficult individuals and kirstie is amazing :)

This course was the one of the best training courses I’ve been on! Kirstie is such a brilliant teacher, she kept me engaged and entertained by all her stories and teaching techniques. I have really enjoyed these past three days and never dreaded coming in like some training courses make me feel. I have learnt so much and will definitely be putting it into practice back on the ward. Thankyou again kirstie :)

Kirstie Reynolds was an amazing trainer. Her stories and experiences were so relevant and more importantly relevant to the course and the hospital setting.
