It was amazing training really gave me an insight to the work I'm about to start, staff really friendly and very helpful and also very supportive, which made me feel at ease.

The course was really insightful for me as I came In to this with no experience. The techniques that I’ve been shown have been fantastic and both teachers were very helpful towards me.

Matt and Fiona were very patient and effective with how they delivered the course. I really like the way that all of the training is delivered before going into my home to work, as i feel like I’m much more prepared. No question was a stupid question and I have really enjoyed the past 3 days!

Excellent teaching skills involved everyone, in control of the team and classroom. Seems very knowledgable and that makes it easier to take in the information given to us.

I have fully enjoyed the course with a mixture of theory and practical. It was good to be apart of the session as well as learning strategies to teach the three day course.
