RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,216 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Ben is an excellent trainer very knowledgeable, had the experience in the sector and plenty of stories to share. After carrying out similar training through different companies this has been far and away the most rounded training. Thank you

Very informative, passionate, interactive and fun, I’ve learnt a lot of transferable skills and it has provided me with loads of confidence and knowledge. Ben was excellent I felt respected and appreciated straight away and we all had so much fun whilst also maintaining professionalism. My favourite part was the least restrictive methods as we don’t have to get hands on to de escalate behaviours of concern

Amazing course, delivers fantastically by Ben. The course was very well lead, interactive, informative and interesting. I love the PBS aspect being included in the physical intervention (I have never had PBS delivered alongside the Physical intervention, but it should be!). I would recommend this course to any organisation. It is by far the best physical intervention course I have undertaken (I have been trained in 2 others). This will definitely be the physical intervention I will do in the future and will encourage anyone to undertake this training.
