I like the fact that this courses main focus is on positive behaviour support that doesn’t just concentrate on physical holds but instead builds knowledge and confidence in people’s skills in communication and awareness.

I feel equipped to use my new skills when necessary and I have an in depth understanding of the theory and evidence behind these skills
