Delivered by Lee Lots of noise/music coming from other rooms - not a great learning environment

Lee is a friendly guy. Very professional and room was set up ok

I like the informality of the group. The theory was very informative and made sense. A hand out with all the taught information would be helpful. The practical techniques were taught in a professional way, with consideration for peoples self consciousness. I think the whole training session could be done a little quicker.
