I thought the trainer Liam delivered the course extremely well and kept the groups concentration throughout. The skills Liam has delivered will no doubt help us all in our job role.

I thought it was going to be a very long boring training but it turned out to be very educating and refreshing. Learnt new skills and unlearn some skills that aren’t necessary in the field.
