Good refresher on PBS techniques, arousal model, found the day very interesting
The course was very relevant and well delivered. It taught me updated information on break off releases, and Positive Behavioural Support.
The course was delivered great, and talked about how to fill accidents forms for certain service users. Kieran was lovely and made me feel comfortable with questions asked.
