Linda was excellent. Very clear delivery. A very supportive and encouraging approach. The video in the afternoon session did not seem relevant to the task given.

The video bus outdated as the handling of the child is not what is currently right
The trainer took his time to educate us on the course and the manner the thought us was simple enough for everyone to understand. His a good course trainer with so much in depth knowledge. Above all it was an interactive season and I’m glad to be part of it.
Kieran was fantastic, he explained everything really well and was very friendly and open to listening about people experiences, hope to see him again soon x
