Liam made the course enjoyable he was there to help when needed he made it very easy to follow and had a laugh with the group which made you feel relaxed thanks Liam hope when we refresh the course it will be you again

Kieran was very interactive with everyone. Course was very informative and I feel refreshed on breakaway techniques. Kieran is a great trainer.

Well worth refreshing every year to keep up to date with all relevant information. Great trainer, made it interesting and fun. Break away techniques are always useful to refresh.
