RRN Level 2 Refresher: De-escalation and Non-Restrictive Tertiary Interventions (Breakaway & Self-Protection Skills) Refresher reviews

Matthew was very knowledgeable around the course contents and delivered in a personal way

I have had a good course with Liam today he has reminded me of things I was not sure about which I had done last year And been brilliant with the breakaway techniques on reminding me which way I need to go when am breaking away

Great session, learned a lot.

Really good to refresh your skills and get new ideas how to use and additional info in job skill
