It was interesting and informative, did miss the book’s previous course s had given. Lee was professional,listened and patient. I did not feel out of my depth or nervous as lee put us all at ease.

Absolutely loved Ben, he always makes the courses I have done with him fun, engaging and is very helpful and knowledgeable about the course he is delivering.
Ben engaged everyone in the breakaway training and had us all repeat them until everyone understood. We also discussed various topics some of which Ben will feedback toU.R. An enjoyable course which makes learning easier.

Really enjoyed the refresher training. Ben, as always, has a very interactive way of teaching which keeps everybody involved and present. It always helps when he gives examples of when such situations have arised with him in previous experiences or when he asks the students for examples of service users so we can relate it to real life and occurances which helps the cement the learnings better.
I would like to have the training with people working in the same package, so as not to confuse with some movement training. The trainer's was so brilliant with all the technical movement. Practice and practice again to simulate . Thanks for that.
