went over all of the things I needed to know and refreshed all of my knowledge on the arousal model. We went through all of the aspects of triggered etc. I was engaged throughout and we worked together as it was one on one and got it done. He refreshed me on all of the charts we have to fill out and the severity of outcomes etc.
