Excellent management of class, despite someone the student talking too much distracting the class unknowingly, The trainer was able to put everyone in order in good time . Excellent with the physical training also, making us aware of the possible risk of participating in the physical training and confirming I was in good health to participate. Quite alot to say about the trainer. Calm and friendly, ready to provide answers to all questions.
