Sam and Kerry were wonderful and very understanding and thought provoking.

Really important refresher, instruction were clear and discussions were important. It was nice to be able to talk about personal experiences that we have had between the initial course and the refresher, get advice from the trainers as well as the other participants

The refresher course was very good. It helped to have some reflection on what has been working well since the last sessions. The relationship section was very valuable in affirming why positive rapports between staff and children are beneficial for all. The trainers were through and took the time to recap and answer questions.

As always I Really enjoy the training the learning ,charing skills experience and ideas. Sam and kerry did a fantastic work well done

It was a very simple and underage training that improve my knowledge.. It refreshes my knowledge and way of working in tbe sch setting
