Absolutely loved it. The roulette game was a good addition to the training and helps to break down the training. Also helps the group to be calm and to have fun.

I really enjoyed the refresher course I took. Kirsty was very good, clear and understanding making all of the staff feel very comfortable and confident. What we have learnt we have implied and will continue to use within our workplace.
