Lee has been excellent, he taught me very helpful skills for self defence. The whole day was engaging and fun. Really enjoyed it, learnt loads and will definitely use this in practice.

Today’s training by Lee was interesting and has provided more knowledge about how to act on certain difficult situations.

Training was really interesting and informative, I feel a lot more confident understanding behaviours and triggers and break away techniques. I feel like Lee did a great job keeping us all engaged and making us confident with the training.
