I like the informality of the group. The theory was very informative and made sense. A hand out with all the taught information would be helpful. The practical techniques were taught in a professional way, with consideration for peoples self consciousness. I think the whole training session could be done a little quicker.
Informative and enjoyable training. Helped me to remember the theory and practical. Useful practice for breakaway techniques. Lee is calm, patient and knowledgeable.
