It was good to refresh with what we had previously learnt and are teaching our staff to use. Lee was very explanatory and gave relevant examples and life experience whilst making you feel comfortable to practise. Great trainer
Lee was very knowledgeable and engaging and the course was delivered at a good pace.
The refresher on break away techniques was really useful as I haven't had to use any since my last training. Due to the training being so recent, the theory side was still reasonably instilled. I have used the PBS approach with both staff and customers and found it really works well. Lee as ever was fantastic in his approach to learning and used real life examples so this helped me to put the learning in real life context.
