I learned a lot from this course, it gave me a good foundation for Talent Management and Succession planning. I am excited to apply my learning and add value to my organisation. One thing is the distraction coming from other rooms when training sessions are back to back we can hear conversations from other rooms that can be distracting and similarly I presume they can listen to us as well. Another thing is the choice of lunch I hope it can be improved by providing a better selection than what we had this week. I appreciate having been provided a complimentary iPad as it made easy access to materials and seamless communication with the trainer and LBTC admin.

This training has deepened my knowledge and ability to manage the talent management and succession process of my organization though my team is small going forward I willl be able to manage the people and culture dimensions of my role
